In May 2012, the Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal wanted to do something different for their Memorial Day commemoration. 180 Strategies created, developed and executed a concept called 40 Days of Honor. The concept involved elements of both print and digital media. The centerpiece was a branded website at www.40DaysofHonor.com that told the stories of 40 local military heroes. The result was moving as people all over the region stopped to reflect over the price that had been paid for their freedom.
